Does QikChat integrate with Google, Outlook and all video conferencing tools?
Yes, QikChat integrates with Google & Microsoft Outlook. Whichever video conferencing tool is set to your default one, that’s the one that will show up in the meeting event, which you can change at your convenience.
Who can invite team members onto an account?
Only the ‘team leader’ can invite team members onto an account. The team leader is the person that signs up for the account, usually the billing contact.
Does QikChat work cross-timezone?
Yes, you can schedule meetings across different time zones that the lead and team member may be in, the meeting times are calibrated to your local timezone.
Can you integrate QikChat into your website?
Yes, you can integrate QikChat with your lead form, that is sitting in your website.
Does QikChat offer separate booking pages?
No (intentionally). We do this to bypass significant landing page drop-off rates that booking pages create.
How does QikChat’s lead routing work?
Our lead routing works on a ‘round-robin’ basis, leads will be assigned one after the other to the next team member in the team sequentially.
Which team members can see who the leads have been allocated to?
The ‘team leader’ can only see who the leads have been assigned to, and the team leader can only see the ‘Team’s dashboard.
